The Belt Drive for Arctic Cat models 2012-2014 allows for easy installation and change from heavy stock chain drive to belt drive system with NO modifications to the factory parts. This kit does NOT modify any OEM parts. Manufactured in the USA!! Kit does come with new high quality top bearing for chain case.
Lower bottom cover is machined from one solid piece of 12lb billet aluminum and covers bottom gear preventing debris from entering. Bottom cover weighs 1.02lbs complete.
Available in 6 Gear Ratios allowing for maximized power and easy adjustment. Reduces over 9.5 lbs of weight and 2.5 lbs of rotating mass. Factory speed sensor installed to outside plate for easy connection to existing harness. Total kit weight is 8.8lbs.
Recommended gear ratios:
2.6 153 = 26T
2.6 163 = 25T
3.0 153 = 27T or 28T
3.0 163 = 27T
Gear ratio calculation = Bottom Gear / Top Gear
or  63/25 = 2.52.
