The Belt Drive for Polaris Trail Sled (121-146) chain case models allows for easy installation with MINOR modifications to the factory parts. This kit works all turbo manufactures that we have tested to date.
The recommended gearing for stock sleds is 1.8 for trail set up. These ratios have been tested and found to be the best with a stock clutch setup.
The recommended gearing for a 144 backcountry riding would be a 58/25 gear ratio.
This kit uses a 54 & 58 tooth bottom gear. In most cases, this kit does NOT modify any OEM parts, but may need to trim running boards for bottom gear fitment. Manufactured in the USA!! Available in multiple gear ratios allowing for maximized power and easy adjustment.
Gear ratio options include:
54/28 = 1.93 , 54/29 = 1.86, 54/30 = 1.80 (SKU: 102-7054-xx)
58/25 = 2.32, 58/26 = 2.23, 58/27 = 2.15 (SKU: 102-7058-xx)
