TKI DOUBLE / TRIPLE GRAPH MOUNT

The TKI double and triple graph mounts are used on the boat's bow where multiple graph units are needed.
The double graph mount comes in stacking or a side-by-side version.  The triple mount plate can be added to the stacking
double mount so that a single unit can be used on top with 2 units on the bottom of the long plate.  The graph mount was designed for people with
forward-facing sonar and those who need a strong sturdy mount to hold their valuable electronics.

Stacking version: Allows for one unit on top of another, which is ideal if you have limited space and want to save room on the bow.

Side-by-side version: Holds two units side by side, which is useful if you prefer having your electronics spread out horizontally for easier access or viewing. With 4 in arms this unit weighs 6.2 lbs and with 8 in arms, this unit weighs 7.2 lbs.

Triple version: The long triple plate can be added to the stacking version of the double mount. The triple mount plate, when added to the existing stacking mount, comes with the long triple plate, 4 bolts, 4 nuts, and 4 spacers.  The spacers are used if the bolts from the gimble mount bolts may cause interference with the plate and the angle bracket. This setup enables you to place one unit on top and two units below, providing a more extensive setup for those needing multiple displays. With 4 in arms this unit weighs 8.6 lbs and with 8 in arms, this unit weighs 9 lbs.

The TKI black box mounting plate may be added to your graph mount order. It was designed to mount the Garmin Panoptix and Lowrance active target black boxes behind the head unit.  The plate makes installs easy and the black box accessible for easy removal or troubleshooting of the unit. The plate is made of stainless steel and has both mounting options for Garmin Panoptix and Lowrance active target black boxes. If you add this mounting plate to your order, it will include mounting hardware.  Depending on the graph, this plate sets the black box approximately 2 inches behind the graph so that cables can be connected to the head unit.  The plate will be mounted under the gimbal mount of the head unit, once the plate and gimbal are mounted, the black box can be installed.  We find a short network cable to be the best option, it leaves less cable mess behind the unit and makes wiring nice and neat. The TKI black box mounting plate weighs 2.5 lbs and is 10 x 6.5 x 4.

The graph mount can easily be mounted on the floor of the boat, or onto a flush mount plate on the bow of the boat.  We highly recommend a good reinforcement plate be used if mounting to a flush mount plate.  The flush mount plates from the boat manufacturer can sometimes be light or plastic so making sure you have a good foundation is critical.  The double and triple graph mounts can be used with Humminbird, Garmin or Lowrance units.  Pre-drilled holes in the mount and the triple plate make it easy to bolt your electronics to it.  The base has 4-¼ inch holes for mounting, but we have found for the triple mounts we drill them out to 5/16 for added assurance that the mount does not move.  The adjustability of the mount can range from vertical to over 180 degrees of adjustability.

The TKI graph mount is made of billet aluminum. The base size is 5 X 8 inches and is 5/8 of an inch think making it a very strong platform to start from. The adjustable arms are 3/8 of an inch thick, while the angle bracket is ¼ of an inch thick.

The TKI graph mount is hard anodized gray for great corrosion resistance, all hardware is stainless, or zinc plated for no corrosion.  The mount can be purchased with 4-inch arms or 8-inch arms.  The 4-inch arms will get you a base to graph face height of approximately 12 inches depending on the graph, while the 8-inch arm will get you approximately 16 inches to the face of the graph.  Each angle graduation is 7.2 degrees of rotation making it easy to dial in that perfect angle.  To adjust the angle, loosen both bolts on either the top or the bottom of the graph, then loosen one bolt on the opposite side.  Adjust your rotation and tighten the bolts to securely hold the mount in place.

The arm length can be changed at any time with the purchase of 4- or 8-inch arms from TKI.

The TKI graph mount has so many adaptable features, one of them being the most adjustable mount you can buy. It is also the strongest mount we have seen on the market supporting 250 lbs of weight.  This mount has been tested in the roughest conditions with over 70 lbs of electronics mounted to them.
