TKI CNC 360 AND MEGA 360 TRANSDUCER KIT

The TKI CNC 360 and Mega 360 transducer kit includes a TKI CNC Rod Holder in 5″ or 10″ length, 360 Mounting/Hardware, shrink tube, and one selected base.

This kit lets you mount your Hummingbird 360 or Mega 360 assembly on any TKI CNC rod holder.  Easy deployment by releasing the trigger and lifting the live pole unit with the transducer from the rod holder. The recommended length of the rod holder is 5″ unless the kit is being used on a wide gunnel Warrior or Lund Pro-V.

The kit includes a section of tube that will be placed over the mega 360 fiberglass pole.  Also included are 2 pieces of shrink tube.  One will be placed on either end of the aluminum tube before installing onto the Mega 360 shaft.  After installing the shrink tube onto the aluminum tube, adjust the tube height to ensure ideal transducer placement.  We normally will place the block with the TKI logo on it approximately 8 inches from the top of the pole, this can be adjusted depending on how deep or shallow you need to run the transducer and how deep your boat is.  After the selected height is made you can use a heat gun to shrink the tubing onto the fiberglass pole and the aluminum tube section.  Only use a hot air gun, as an open flame can damage the shrink tube or the fiberglass.  If removal is needed, you can cut the shrink tube and remove the tube from over the fiberglass pole.

One base is included with the kit, but optional bases can be purchased to move the unit to additional locations within the water vessel or another vessel. (Sold Separately.)
