Replacement Bottom Gear for Polaris Snowmobiles
TKI Belt Drive Bottom Gears are made from 6061 Billet Aluminum and then anodized for wear resistance. Polaris is hard anodized for additional strength and wear resistance. The Polaris bottom gear should also be installed with an aftermarket ARP bolt (sold separately).
Gear ratio changes are typically made by changing the top gear although in some cases, the bottom gear can be changed as well to achieve additional gearing options. Please consult with TKI CNC prior to making these gearing selections.
