BELT REPLACEMENT TIPS:

Do NOT twist the belt or store in a twisted manner, (fibers in belt will break causing the belt to weaken).

Bottom Gear MUST be removed on Arctic Cat and Ski-Doo Belt Drives.

Do NOT over-tension belt. Belt tension should be between 5/8 - 3/4" on naturally aspirated sleds when cold.

Ride 5-7 miles and check tension, verify belt tension between 3/16 - 1/4" when hot.
