Recommended gear ratios:
3.0/2.5 154 = 26T (Turbo under 6000 feet of elevation)
3.0/2.5 154 = 25T Turbo over 6000 feet of elevation)
3.0/2.5 165 = 25T (Turbo/NA at any elevation)
Gear ratio calculation = Bottom Gear / Top Gear (2.5 mph up or down per top gear change)
