Rear Idler Axle Compatibility Guide:

Our UHMW Poly Rear Idler wheels are available exclusively in a 9-inch size. To ensure a perfect fit with your snowmobile, select the appropriate axle by calculating the offset based on your stock wheel size. Follow these steps to determine the correct axle offset:

1. Measure the diameter of your stock idler wheel.
2. Subtract the stock wheel size from the 9-inch replacement wheel size.
3. Divide the difference by 2 to find the required offset (split evenly between upward and forward adjustments).

Examples:

• For a 7.25-inch stock Polaris wheel:
  9" - 7.25" = 1.75"
  1.75" ÷ 2 = 1-inch offset axle (1" upward and 1" forward).

• For an 8-inch stock Ski Doo wheel:
  9" - 8" = 1"
  1" ÷ 2 = 0.5-inch offset axle (0.5" upward and 0.5" forward).
