Upgrade your snowbike with everything you need to run 8" rear wheels for improved flotation, reduced rolling resistance, and enhanced performance in deep snow. The TKI 8" Rear Wheel Kit includes all required components for a clean, factory-fit installation — no drilling or modifications needed.

Each kit includes (2) billet 8" wheels, precision bearings pre-installed, and a model-specific axle assembly designed to fit your snowbike kit perfectly.

Axle Options:

Choose the correct axle for your setup:

• Narrow ½" Offset (2023+ Timbersled Kits) – 5-5/8" width between rails

• Standard ½" Offset (2022 & older Timbersled Kits) – 8-5/8" width between rails

• Standard Straight Axle (MtnOps Kits) – Direct fit for MtnOps snowbike systems

The patented universal axle design allows for easy conversion between manufacturers and model years — simply exchange the specifically designed axle blocks to adapt.

Wheel Construction:

• CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum

• Precision-machined on both sides for reduced weight and enhanced durability

• Uses 25mm OD (6205) sealed bearings (included)

• Available in multiple design styles and anodized color options for a custom look

• Anodized black hardware and washers included

Installation:

Quick and simple setup — installs in 15–20 minutes using just a 9/16" wrench and ¼" Allen wrench. No rail drilling or modification required.

Important Note:

TKI does not warranty wheels that have been powder-coated.

Fits TKI Timbersled Belt Drive only. Belt number is 8MGT-800-36. (DOES NOT FIT THE QDT  Timbersled or Stock Belt Drive Versions.)

The patented use of Carbon Fiber as the tensile cord in this belt provides increased horsepower rating for greater power density and compactness and increased flexibility, allowing the use of backside idlers.

BELT REPLACEMENT TIPS:

Do NOT twist the belt or store in a twisted manner (fibers in belt will break causing the belt to weaken)

Bottom Gear MUST be removed on Arctic Cat and Ski-Doo Belt Drives

Do NOT over-tension belt. Belt tension should be between 5/8 - 3/4" on naturally aspirated sleds when cold

Ride 5-7 miles and check tension, verify belt tension between 3/16 - 1/4" when hot
