Changes in OEM rails have made the axle window less durable and with aggressive riding they are starting to fail and deform.

Our made in the USA Billet Rail brace stiffener mounts over the OEM rail and helps prevent axle window deformation and stiffens the back of the rail to prevent rail bending.

 

THE TKI CNC RAIL BRACE STIFFENER IS DESIGNED FOR USE WITH TKI CNC AXLES ONLY.  OEM WHEELS CAN BE ONLY USED WITH A TKI CNC STRAIGHT AXLE WITH 20MM BEARINGS.

3.0/2.5 154 = 25T Turbo over 6000 feet of elevation)

3.0/2.5 165 = 25T (Turbo/NA at any elevation)

Gear ratio calculation = Bottom Gear / Top Gear (2.5 mph up or down per top gear change)
